Chef Nick will be doing a demo on the HLN network this Saturday morning.  The piece is going to air live at 10:50 am on Saturday May 27th.  Chef Nick will be demonstrating some of Ormsby’s own burgers we offer here each and every day during lunch and dinner.

Come on by this weekend to check out the burgers, the bars, the games, and the beers.  

We will be open on Sunday till 3am in celebration of Memorial Day!  We also will be open our regular hours on Monday.  

Come out and celebrate our Memorial Day with our Monday tradition of SIN night, otherwise known as our, “service industry night.”  Fellow companions in this service business get special priced drinks after 6 pm.  It’s a great deal

  • Fried Chicken Biscuit, southern fried chicken breast, scrambled eggs, and cheddar on a jalapeno cheddar bun.


  • Medianiche Benedict, roast pork, ham, poached egg, mustard hollandaise, and swiss cheese.


  • Caprese Egg Sandwich, scrambled eggs, tomato, mozzarella, pesto, arugula, on toasted sourdough bread.


  • Bananas Foster Peanut Butter French Toast, challah, and topped with maple syrup.


  • Chicken and Waffles, maple syrup, whipped butter, with two eggs.


  • Shrimp and Grits, roasted red peppers, caramelized onions, with a sherry cream sauce.

Here is just a taste of some new entree, and sandwich items we will be offering.  Chef Nick Anderson and Chef Tyler See are accenting seasonal ingredients with a focus on staying local with many of the dishes.


Fish Tacos:  Fried shrimp, shaved cabbage & carrots, cilantro, sriracha mayo, general tso’s sauce.

Pasta: Spaghetti Squash noodles, local market veggies, marinara, basil, and parmesan.

Trout: Cornmeal Crusted GA Trout with roasted spaghetti squash, seasonal beans, pecans, arugula, basil, saba (grape skin musk).

River View Farms Pork Chop: succotash-peas, corn, onions, sambal (chili garlic sauce), collards, and butter.

Crispy Eggplant: Large wedges of cauliflower grilled and topped with pickled raisins, peppadews, cilantro and spicy mayo .

Some new Sandwiches & Dogs:

Lamb Burger: Harissa Mayo (middle eastern spice similar to curry), golden raisin compote, mint, pickled onions, arugula, on an egg bun.

Chicken Wrap:  Herb marinated grilled chicken breast, caesar dressing, romaine, cherry tomatoes, garlic croutons and shaved parmesan wrapped in a flour tortilla.

Veggie Ciabatta:  Grilled portabello mushroom, mozzarella, tomato, arugula, saba (grape skin musk).

Roast Beef Sandwiches:

~Cold – horseradish cream, arugula, shaved onions on rye.

~Hot – Philly style, peppers, onions, mushrooms, choice of provolone or cheese whiz, pretzel hoagie.
