We are proud to unveil our Spring and Summer menu here at Ormsby’s. All the classic favorites have stayed available with some tasty new additions.

Here is just a taste of some new entree, and sandwich items we will be offering. Chef Nick Anderson and Chef Tyler See are accenting seasonal ingredients with a focus on staying local with many of the dishes.
Fish Tacos: Fried shrimp, shaved cabbage & carrots, cilantro, sriracha mayo, general tso’s sauce.
Pasta: Spaghetti Squash noodles, local market veggies, marinara, basil, and parmesan.
Trout: Cornmeal Crusted GA Trout with roasted spaghetti squash, seasonal beans, pecans, arugula, basil, saba (grape skin musk).
River View Farms Pork Chop: succotash-peas, corn, onions, sambal (chili garlic sauce), collards, and butter.
Crispy Eggplant: Large wedges of cauliflower grilled and topped with pickled raisins, peppadews, cilantro and spicy mayo .
Some new Sandwiches & Dogs:
Lamb Burger: Harissa Mayo (middle eastern spice similar to curry), golden raisin compote, mint, pickled onions, arugula, on an egg bun.
Chicken Wrap: Herb marinated grilled chicken breast, caesar dressing, romaine, cherry tomatoes, garlic croutons and shaved parmesan wrapped in a flour tortilla.
Veggie Ciabatta: Grilled portabello mushroom, mozzarella, tomato, arugula, saba (grape skin musk).
Roast Beef Sandwiches:
~Cold – horseradish cream, arugula, shaved onions on rye.
~Hot – Philly style, peppers, onions, mushrooms, choice of provolone or cheese whiz, pretzel hoagie.
